Before you order, please choose the power supply for chaff cutter, our factory can make the chaff cuter drive by electric motor, or diesel engine, or gasoline engine. The price are different. Most small chaff cutter can work with single phase (home use) electric motor, but for bigger model chaff cutter, the motor have to use 3 phase electricity.

2. Before starting the machine: check whether the machine’s running direction is the same as the cutting direction, otherwise it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.
3. Metals, stones and other hard objects must not be mixed into the materials that need to be cut, otherwise the machine will be damaged.
4. After the machine has been running for a few hours, it is necessary to observe whether the components are loose, and the bearings must be regularly filled with butter.
5. When feeding materials, the operator’s hands are strictly prohibited from approaching the blade to avoid personal injury accidents. The feeding should be uniform and appropriate, not too much or too little, fast or slow.
6. It is strictly forbidden to work after drinking, being sick, or being overly tired. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves, mentally retarded people under the age of 18, the elderly over 60, and people who have not mastered the rules of using the hay cutter.
7. During work, if grass blocking and other faults are found, the power should be turned off immediately, and the operation should be carried out after the fault is eliminated. It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine with a disease.
